RETURNS-REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you wish to return or exchange product because of a change in mind, you may do so in accordance with the following process:
- You must notify CREAMERR within 7 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange return of the Product within 7 days after such notification.
- You must notify CREAMERR by firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a "Return ID number".
- You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from CREAMERR or delivery note. Product must be returned to CREAMERR warehouse.
- No exchanges or returns are accepted on sale or promotional items, unless deemed faulty.
- On International returns You must mark on the courier company's consignment so that the products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.
- You are responsible for arranging any insurance on the Product.
- You are responsible for the cost of the shipment of the Product.
- Upon receipt of the Product by CREAMERR, CREAMERR will refund to You the purchase price for the Product.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by CREAMERR, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the item.
